Jesseman R. Pryor III – Co-Founder and CEO

Jess’ professional experience includes service at Gulf Insurance Group as a Senior Vice President and member of the Executive Committee and had management oversight for the Management Liability Division and the Custom Products Division (which included Transactional and Custom Management Liability Insurance Products), and National Union Fire Insurance Company where he served in the Commercial Management Liability Division. Jess is a former trustee of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society. He received a B.A. from the College of Wooster.

Jeffrey D. Cowhey – Co-Founder and President

Jeff's professional experience includes service at Aon Financial Services Group where he served as Executive Vice President and member of the Executive Committee with management oversight of the East Coast region, and National Union Fire Insurance Company where he served as Vice President of the Commercial Management Liability Division. He received a B.S. from LaSalle College.

Timothy D. Kennedy – Principal

Tim's professional experience includes four years of service at Gulf Insurance Group where he was Underwriting Manager in the unit underwriting Management Liability and Transaction Facilitation Insurance Products. Tim joined Ambridge in May 2001. He received a B.A. from Dartmouth College.

Kelly S. Holmes – Director and Underwriting Counsel

Kelly's professional experience includes service at Gulf Insurance Group where she had responsibility for all professional liability claims (NY), and Sedgwick, Detert, & Moran where she worked as an attorney in the insurance practice. Kelly received a B.A. from Daemen College and a J. D. from Catholic University of America.

Leah Fairbank – Senior Associate

Leah started her career at Ambridge in 2005. Leah received a B.A. and an M.B.A. from Clark University.

Jefferey Doran – Senior Associate

Jeff started his career at Ambridge in 2005. Jeff received a B.S. from Lehigh University.

Kim Gladney – Senior Associate

Kim joined Ambridge in 2006. Prior to Ambridge, Kim practiced labor and employment law in South Carolina. Kim received a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School.

John Sinchak – Associate

Jack started his career at Ambridge in 2007. Jack received a B.A. from Dickinson College.

Marcos Aleman – Associate

Marcos started his career at Ambridge in 2010. Marcos received a B.S. from Northeastern University and is an MBA candidate at St. John’s University.

Dushka Petkovich – Financial Analyst

Dushka joined Ambridge in 2005. Prior to Ambridge, Dushka worked at Viscogliosi Brothers LLC and Amalgamated Life Insurance Company. She received a B.S. from New York University.

Nicola Medugno – Controller

Nic joined Ambridge in 2005. Prior to Ambridge, Nic worked in the finance department of Italiatour and at Giuseppe Sarto, CPA. He received a combined Bachelors and Masters Degree in Business and Economics from the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II – COINOR (Naples, Italy).

LopShun Wong – Financial Analyst

Lop joined Ambridge in 2007. Prior to Ambridge, Lop worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb, the University of Oklahoma, and The College of William and Mary. Lop received a B.S. from The College of William and Mary and a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law.

Jeanette Thirlwell – Office Manager

Jeanette joined Ambridge in 2007. Prior to Ambridge, Jeanette worked at Image Zone, held several positions in the hospitality sector, and served in the Women’s Royal Army Corps.

Margaret Smith – Director and Compliance Officer, Ambridge Europe Limited

Margaret joined Ambridge’s London-based subsidiary, Ambridge Europe Limited, in 2007. Margaret received a B.A. from Trenton State University.
